This Privacy Policy explains how the SimuSpeak mobile application ("SimuSpeak", "the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your information. SimuSpeak is a language-learning app that helps you practise speaking and gives you pronunciation feedback. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign in with Google (or Apple on iOS) or register with an email address. We use it to create and manage your account and to sync your progress.
• Voice recordings: audio you record during speaking exercises. The microphone is used only while you are recording. We use the recordings to evaluate your pronunciation and give you feedback.
• App activity: your learning progress, results and in-app settings. We use this to provide the app's features.
• Purchase information: your subscription status. Payments are handled by Google Play (or the App Store on iOS). We never receive your payment card details.
• Device information: device identifiers such as the advertising ID and the push-notification token, plus basic technical information about your device. We use it for ads, notifications and troubleshooting.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or files.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the app, evaluate your speaking practice, send reminders you have enabled, show ads on the free plan, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the app, and only as far as they need it to do so:

• Google: sign-in, advertising (AdMob), push notifications (Firebase) and payments (Google Play). See how Google uses data from partner apps.
• Apple (iOS only): sign-in and payments.
• Hosting and processing providers: they store data and process requests on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or as long as we need it to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can view and edit your profile in the app.
• You can request deletion of your account and data.
• You can manage microphone, notification and advertising ID settings on your device.

You may also have other rights under the data-protection laws that apply where you live. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

7. Children

SimuSpeak is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.

1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

• Bản ghi âm giọng nói: âm thanh bạn ghi trong các bài luyện nói. Micro chỉ hoạt động khi bạn đang ghi âm. Dùng để đánh giá phát âm và trả phản hồi cho bạn.
• Hoạt động trong ứng dụng: tiến độ, kết quả học tập và các cài đặt trong ứng dụng. Dùng để cung cấp các tính năng.
• Thông tin mua hàng: trạng thái gói đăng ký. Việc thanh toán do Google Play (hoặc App Store trên iOS) xử lý, chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thẻ của bạn.
• Thông tin thiết bị: các định danh thiết bị như mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID), token thông báo đẩy, và thông tin kỹ thuật cơ bản. Dùng cho quảng cáo, thông báo và khắc phục lỗi.

Chúng tôi không thu thập vị trí chính xác, danh bạ, ảnh hay tệp của bạn.

2. Mục đích sử dụng

Chúng tôi dùng thông tin để cung cấp và cải thiện ứng dụng, đánh giá phần luyện nói, gửi nhắc nhở bạn đã bật, hiển thị quảng cáo cho gói miễn phí, chống lạm dụng và tuân thủ pháp luật. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.

3. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ đáng tin cậy giúp vận hành ứng dụng, và chỉ ở mức cần thiết: Google (đăng nhập, quảng cáo AdMob, thông báo Firebase, thanh toán Google Play), Apple (đăng nhập và thanh toán, chỉ trên iOS), và các nhà cung cấp lưu trữ và xử lý dữ liệu. 4. Thời gian lưu trữ

Dữ liệu được lưu khi tài khoản còn hoạt động hoặc khi còn cần để cung cấp dịch vụ. Khi bạn xoá tài khoản, dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ bị xoá trong thời gian hợp lý, trừ trường hợp pháp luật yêu cầu lưu giữ.

Dữ liệu được mã hoá khi truyền (HTTPS). Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý để bảo vệ thông tin của bạn.

6. Quyền của bạn

Bạn có thể xem và sửa hồ sơ trong ứng dụng, yêu cầu xoá tài khoản, và quản lý quyền micro, thông báo và mã quảng cáo trong cài đặt thiết bị. Bạn cũng có các quyền khác theo luật bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân nơi bạn sinh sống.

7. Trẻ em

SimuSpeak không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

8. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách được cập nhật, chúng tôi sẽ đăng lên trang này và cập nhật ngày hiệu lực.
