Delete your SimuSpeak account

How to request deletion

Send an email to dyson101002@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my SimuSpeak account". We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account information (name, email, profile)
Voice recordings and learning progress
App settings and notification data

What may be kept

Purchase records may be kept where the law requires it. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play or the App Store, because deleting your account does not cancel them.

Dữ liệu bị xoá: thông tin tài khoản, bản ghi âm, tiến độ học tập, cài đặt và dữ liệu thông báo.

Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại: hồ sơ giao dịch mua hàng, khi pháp luật yêu cầu. Việc xoá tài khoản không tự huỷ gói đăng ký. Hãy huỷ gói trong Google Play hoặc App Store.
